Madison4Kids and Madison Kiwanis East Team Up to Support Children with Autism
Kicking off our inaugural giving, we supported Madison Kiwanis East in their efforts to help make a difference in the lives of children with autism.
iPads help kids with autism spectrum disorder the opportunity to better communicate with their teachers and have more success within an educational setting.
The Kiwanis East Club is raising money as part of the Autism Spectrum iPad and App Grant program; with a goal providing at least one thousand autistic students with iPads, protective cases, and Autism software Apps.
Each iPad, case and software costs approximately $500.
The Kiwanis Club’s mission is “to change the world, one child and one community at a time.” Supporting their organization with funding for additional iPads is making a difference locally. Madison4kids is pleased to work with the Kiwanis on this like-minded mission to help local children in need.
